Highly recommend. We have used Rob on two separate home inspections during our home-buying process, very thorough. Saved us the trouble from a nightmare of a house on our first home inspection. He is professional, punctual, texts back right away, and reports are received on the next business day. He is proficient in the VA appraisal process, and will give you honest feedback if he thinks a house will not pass a VA appraisal. Will use again!
