“Dr. Hurme and her staff are amazing! I went in there on a Friday barely able to walk because I had a back spasm! Could barely get on the table! She worked her magic and by that night the spasms stopped. I was still in a lot of pain so she squeezed me in the next morning and a few hours later I was able to resume my normal activities. “The office closest to my home is Nesconset. So that’s the office I go to most of the time. However, as needed, I’ve gone to Wilson Park and Huntington too. I will admit my favorite doctor and doctors of Physiology they are…is Dr. Yali Li. I’m walking because of him… oh sorry did I say Dr Li! Well I also meant Dr. Rhoda Zheng … and Drs Yang and Rhee whom I call Dr Sun bec she is a ray of sunshine. My daughter, grandtwins and I recover each summer from bodysurfing in our LI ocean with their help and compassion. Our belief is a family that swims together stays together. So they keep our family swimming and therefore unified. I was about to sign off but I just realized I forgot to tell you about Dr.Sun who is my favorite Dr. at Empire Medical. At 75 they keep me headache and Sciatica free. I am also able to bend again and get in and out of my car without pain. Thank you Empire Medical. Oh oh, I better not forget Casey their office guru. She knows the rules and makes sure I have an office to go to for treatment and what I call tuneups. When she tells you the cost of treatment you won’t get annoying surprises. The doctors are lucky to have her so they can focus on me. Like I said earlier. Dr Yali Li is my forever hero. 20. Yrs ago I could not walk. Medical drs of all disciplines had me on pain killers and back injections and me looking at early retirement on disability with no hope of recovery and out of pain. Then through divine intervention I met Dr. Yali Li. Within 3 months - as he had promised- I was off all pain killers, within 6 mos I was walking pain free and back to work. That was 21 yrs ago. I’m 75, yes and aging has impacted me as it does most. However I’m pain free, walking without assistance and up to last yr still body surfing. We will see what the summer of 2026 holds in store for me but Om not afraid and know Empire Medivine Rehab is ready for my tune ups, as needed.“

She does things out of the kindness of her heart, not for money. My sister went to sophie during her journey trying to conceive and ended up with a successful and healthy pregnancy!
