“Yesterday I completed a 12 visit plan for L4&5 issues in my lower back. Very bad siatica and I have been during the stretching & exercises my physical therapist had me do. I have had 4 or 5 epidurals before this first time use of acupuncture. Those shots were over a 2 year period and I has thinking of another before talking with Dr Lau. He looked of the MRI report that I gave him and he formulated a plan. After the first treatment I felt a little relief and more relief with additional treatments. “Jillian is an excellent therapist. I always get the ultimate massage. My only complaint is that although I've talked to several secretaries, I can not get an itemized bill print out of my previous appointments so that I can submit it to my insurance company for repayment of my service. I don't understand why this seems to be so difficult. I have talked to several girls at the front desk. I have been trying to get this itemize billing statement for over a month. Several secretaries have said they were gonna work on it. I come in a week later. I still don't get it. They said they would leave messages with someone who are more familiar with the programming system and how to print it out, still I get nothing. They say it would be sent to me in an email. I still haven't received it. I hope that they get good staff soon, somebody that will follow through. It's starting to be a bit frustrating that I come there to be relieved of stress in my body so that It may heal properly but instead I get stressed out trying to get paperwork.“
