Burdick and Sons Construction

On March 28, 2024, I won a small claims court case against Burdick and Sons Construction for their botched roofing job on my home in West Elmira. Town of Elmira Code Enforcement told me it was "as bad a job as they'd ever seen," and Judge Gorman of Waverly Village Court ruled that "the workmanship is substandard." I will need Burdick's roof completely stripped off. In the end, Richard Burdick's negligence still cost me over seven thousand dollars. Avoid Burdick and Sons Construction at all costs.
