Heather made my purchase in the Finger Lakes a dream! She worked her magic and found me a place that suited me perfectly during a time of record low inventory. She was professional, super organized, patient, communicative, resourceful, and took care of everything throughout the process. She’s extremely dedicated and I was amazed by her responsiveness…she would respond faster than any other realtor I’ve worked with in the past. She even took photos & videos of properties and sent them to me when I couldn't get there in person. She really did go above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Her customer service skills are unparalleled, and I highly highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area.

Heather was absolutely amazing to work with! She listened to our needs clearly, acted very quickly on opportunities, and had tons of valuable local knowledge that made our inspection and review process very smooth. She truly went out of her way to make sure we closed as soon as possible and that our tight timeline was met - all during a pandemic! I also felt very safe working with her and appreciated that she cares about my COVID-19 boundaries. I can’t recommend Heather highly enough. We’re so grateful she helped us find a fabulous wooden oasis.
