They are always extremely helpful and responsive, for example when Amazon unexpectedly delivered furniture several days early, on Christmas Eve, days before we were planning to be there, and Starr sent someone over on short notice to get the boxes out of the rain and into the garage. If you need property management or house cleaning in the Finger Lakes area, I cannot recommend All-Starr enough.
