Dave and Cindy are great to work with. We moved into our house the week before Christmas. My wife, son and I love the house. Everything went smoothly with Dave and Cindy being coordinators for the project. I could not ask for better people to work with. Dave goes over and above to make you happy, and we are. If you plan to build a modular do not do what my cousin did , He went thru American homes and said it was terrible experiences. They may be cheaper, but you will not get the service like Dave gives. If you have questions you could ask Dave or Cindy for my number. I give them permission to give it to you. Don't make the mistake and go with someone else. My wife and I meet Dave and Cindy a little over a year ago, and I felt very comfortable do this project with KD homes.

I couldn't be happier. We absolutely love our new home. Dave and Cindy have been such a pleasure to work with. They are patient and come through on every promise they have made. If you are looking to build a new home this is the place to go. They guided us through every step and answered all our questions promptly.
