A family member who tested positive for COVID needed some assistance cleaning up an unfortunate bathroom mess. We couldn’t get to them ourselves, and were very concerned how to help our loved ones. We called ServPro of Jefferson County after 7 pm on Friday, and by noon the next day they not only arrived and had taken care of cleaning and disinfecting carpeting and a bathroom, they wouldn’t accept payment. July 13, 2020 - As water was flowing into my facility to the point one could have used a raft to float through my building I knew this would be a fight we couldn't win from a facilities standpoint. At 3:45 a.m. I called Mark @servpro and he answered, and by 11 a.m. that same morning it was evident they live by their slogan. I say this because multiple tenants were impacted and "It was like it never even happened". I would like to thank Mark and Mary and the entire SevPro Staff for an outstanding job.
We woke up early one morning to water damage due to a broken water line. I called my insurance carrier and then called ServPro. Todd got his crew to to my house within an hour and they started the recovery and restoration process immediately. They were on site and working before the insurance adjuster arrived. Todd was very professional in that he assessed the situation and gave me his game plan. He then arraigned for all sub contractors including the electrician, dry wallers and painters. Todd saw the project through from the start to the finish to my complete satisfaction. I was totally pleased with the outstanding, professional service I received from Todd Szada and ServPro. I highly recommend ServPro when situations like this occur.
