I called PSG Plumbing Heating and AC for a plumbing issue at my home. Pat called me back that evening and after discussing the the issue, it turned out to be a simple issue that I could take care of. Pat is great, he possesses what we call customer service, a lost art here in the North Country for businesses. I have to admit Pat wasn’t the first plumber I called, but he was the first one to call me back, and to me that makes a difference. I highly recommend PSG, give Pat a call, or send them a text, they’ll get back to you!
I had called after hours on a Friday evening. Not only did they answer, but had someone scheduled to come out the next morning. VERY rare for this area. They where also very kind, professional and knowledgeable. They have earned my trust.
