Parkview Cleaners is a highly-rated dry cleaning service recognized for its excellent work and friendly customer service. Customers praise the professional and caring staff who strive to ensure satisfaction. The seamstress is particularly skilled, delivering impressive results on alterations like dress hemming. Recently, customers have noted that while the service can be accommodating, there have been concerns about the demeanor of some staff members. Despite this, many appreciate the transparency regarding workload and expected timelines, feeling respected and cared for during their visits. Parkview Cleaners offers competitive prices and quick turnaround times, often completing services within a day. Many customers find Parkview Cleaners to be a much better alternative to other dry cleaners in the area, with some highlighting their exceptional service when it comes to urgent needs, like same-day mattress cover cleaning.
Long time customer here. And Im here to say they have always taken care of mine and my families things And have always taken extra care for our things when it was needed. Even now with them being the ONLY dry cleaner left, taking on everyone in the city and surrounding areas as well as all of the military . And they are STILL holding strong and putting out great work!!
Now thats some amazing teamwork right there. I hope that the management/owner truly understands how lucky they are to have such a dedicated crew and really appreciates the hard work that is being put in. Its difficult to find such loyalty these days.
Their hours make it virtually impossible to pick up after work, and should really be adjusted. The quality is top notch (I commute back and forth from Dallas and cleaners of this quality in the metropolitan areas are pricier). They pay careful attention to collars and cuffs - for men’s dress shirts that IS the priority. Laundered clothing timeliness is OK, dry cleaning - not so much.
