William and Steve are the BEST! This was our first time selling a home and they took time explaining the process to us and were always available to answer any questions we had. What really sets them apart is their communication. We received frequent updates and quick responses both via text and call. We were out of town during the sale of our property and William and Steve went above and beyond by checking on the house after showings and at one point even cleaning it after a showing. They even helped fix our doorknob after it was broken by a buyer’s agent when entering our home.
