Have been their customer/patient for 6+ years. Hubby switched to them as well. Overall we have a pleasant experience, with everyone there except one lady who process the insurance and co-pays. She is rude, disrespectful and overall unpleasant to deal with. She has no business dealing with patients or customers. We brought our experience up with the optometrist and hopefully will not encounter her miserable attitude again. The optometrist and the rest of the staff are great. Super helpful, kind and friendly. My family and I went for our first visit at Meade Optical last week. After 20+ years using a national chain vision company and having ongoing frustrations we finally made the move. WOW are we glad we did. Clean, modern, comfortable office with pleasant and very knowledgeable staff that took their time with each of us to be sure we were well taken care of. We will now be lifelong patients of Meade!

I HAD, BY FAR, THE MOST PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND COMPREHENSIVE EXPERIENCE AT MEADE OPTICAL TODAY. FROM THE SCHEDULING OF MY EXAM TO WALKING OUT AFTERWARDS, I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. THE DOCTOR SPENT AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF TIME WITH ME AND NOT ONLY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD, HE ALSO PAUSED THE EXAM AT MANY TIMES TO SHOW ME THE ANSWER IN PICTURES AND ON THE COMPUTER. THIS IN ITSELF WAS ENOUGH TO MERIT MY POSITIVE REVIEW. THE DOCTOR WAS SUPER PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS JOB AND BOY DID IT SHOW IN HIS TREATING ME AS IF “I WERE HIS ONLY PATIENT” THAT DAY OR AS THOUGH I WAS HIS “MOST IMPORTANT PATIENT” HE HAD!
