I cannot say enough great things about Pam from Hoyt’s Cleaning Services. From start to finish, her professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic were truly exceptional.

I’ll be the first to admit — I am extremely meticulous when it comes to cleaning. I hold very high standards and can be difficult to please when it comes to the level of detail I expect in my apartment. Pam didn’t hesitate for a second. She welcomed the challenge with a positive attitude and confidently stepped up to meet my expectations — and then exceeded them.

Pam has been cleaning our home every two weeks for a year and a half now. She always cleans everything we’ve requested to perfection, and she even adds on extra areas she knows need attention every month or so. She offers to do more as we need it and always communicates with us the night before cleanings to confirm. Pam is caring and personable and I couldn’t recommend her more!
