I have taken my 2016 Buick Encore here a few times and I have faith that they are taking care of my car. On the most recent visit there was an issue and they made it right. I would 10/10 recommend them. They are a little pricier but I believe it’s worth spending the little extra to maintain your vehicle.
This is the best dealership repair shop I have never been to I purchased the battery from them. They were very honest and told me I would get a refund for my battery because the battery apparently for this every sport does not have a core. They installed it for free because of the special they were havin on installationg. A special. They also did a 10 pot safety check and engine check on my car absolutely free. I am scheduled to return next week to have a wheel alignment for my car. I very seldom have this much trust in a dealership repair shop
There's an employee named Trevor and he helped me get my first car, amazing person and very informative about everything. He also lightens the mood by making jokes and just being a genuine good person. But the dealership is a nice place very clean and everyone inside is nice too
