John was great! He was the only person who would take on my computer problem. The communication was great from start to finish. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest business to support, with a lot of knowledge.

My workhorse laptop's charger port was getting loose and failing to charge. Another computer repair shop told me the type of soldering needed to fix it wasn't going to be found in the area - John had it done the next day. As a bonus, he tested the two chargers I brought along to let me know which one to use. A great experience as a customer, reasonable repair price, quick work and constant communication. The only downside is that his hours can be challenging, but this is due to his predilection for house calls, so I can't really hold it against him.Will return.

Very fast service. Excellent customer service.I took my MacBook Pro here to have the track pad replaced. He had the part in quick and replaced it over his weekend so I could have my computer back on Monday.Unbeatable price.100% recommend!
