I know when it's freezing he doesn't use water when sweeping but today was 46 and the dirt was flying after I just had my car washed in seneca falls and drive home on Route 414....90 % of the time the dirt is flying.!!! Bad enough with the smell... When he is running the dust is flying!! I'll take a pic next time... 2/26/25
