Permanent Makeup in Waterloo picked by BestProsInTown
“This salon caters to everyone and their self care needs. Alicia and her crew are all so talented! I’ve had all my permanent makeup done by Alicia, including my tiny tattoos. The salon is very welcoming, clean and professional. I highly recommend this salon!”
