His crew did more than I expected including a difficult road side hill that was very overgrown, trimming around all of my buildings and most trees. The parts of the lawn that were very overgrown were pretty evenly mowed and the rest of the lawn was just right.
I called them Monday and described the property to Sean and he gave us a quote for a one time mow. I told him that part of our lawn was very over grown (3 feet tall in places). Tuesday, I updated the description on his web site and he adjusted the quote. We spoke Tuesday morning to ensure that our description was clear. We accepted the bid then he explained his crew was going to be in our area so he suggested that we pay by credit card (we do not use Venmo) we did and paid the quoted amount (included tax), tip and credit card processing fee.
His crew showed up around 2:00 PM. They asked my neighbor if they could park in his driveway. My neighbor said yes and gave them further input about our lawn. My neighbor said they were polite, friendly and professional.
I would use them again if I could not mow the lawn for some reason.”
