Heritage Floors
“We recently built a new home and our builder sent us to Heritage Floors. This is a family business and our first interaction was in the showroom with the father. He took great notes and kept a file for us because we had multiple visits to pick out all our flooring. Although there were a few employees on site, I am going to focus this review on Travis, one of the owners and the one that did most of the tile install. We had some complicated tile patterns with shower slopes that required linear drains. Travis did an excellent job reaching out and presenting options. We did not know each room/shower would have multiple pattern options, but he would explain them all, give us his opinion, and in the end, the install looks great. He is also meticulous which worked very well for us. After the hardwood went down, and of course was protected with Ram board, he would still keep and eye on things as if those floors were his, even though once installed and protected it is really the builder's responsibility. This project and move was hectic so I wish I had better pictures with furnishings, but I wanted to get this review out there so some pictures are during construction.”
