Jay Cutz Barber's Lounge
“I just got my first haircut at Jay Cutz Barber’s lounge… the atmosphere made me feel right at home though it was my first time patronizing this establishment. It felt like I’ve been going there for months…. The laughter the ambience was spot on… George cut my hair and did an exceptional job I’m very happy. I’ll definitely going back…. If you’re ever in Washingtonville Ny or the surrounding area, make sure you stop in and let these men hook you up … thanks fellas. See y’all soon…. Dino”
