Vastu is a peaceful and inviting space offering a variety of yoga classes, meditation, and workshops. The caring instructors create calming sessions that integrate mind and body work. It has been a comforting place during challenging times. While there is some confusion about the front window signage, visitors appreciate the calming environment and highly recommend the studio for its welcoming atmosphere and diverse offerings.
Very confused, on the front window it said "moving dance studio" I checked their schedule I did not see any dance classes only yoga. Also I remember when Hudson valley dance center was there I'm not sure if they meant they are implementing dance , a dance studio is moving in or it's something they put up to say "Hudson valley dance center moved."
Owners are a stand up couple. Great service at a great price! I loved the convenience of the place. Just a great place to start your path to healing. Competent professionalism. Everything you want in a local business!
This place is beautiful, teachers are great, workshops are thoughtful and affordable. They offer other services like Acupuncture, massage therapy (which I just experienced for the first time last week, changed my life :) , and my personal favorite is that THEY SUPPORT THE TROOPS!!! FREE YOGA FOR THE VETS once a week I believe!!! Nobody does that as far as I know. Stand up small business in the heart of downtown Warwick.
