Two days before Thanksgiving and my laptop charging port broke. I called The Computer Guy in Warwick New York and they said to bring it right in and they would take a look. In today's automated world you virtually never reach a live person let alone immediate customer support. Their service/support was excellent as was their professionalism and expertise. They fixed the charging port the same day I brought the laptop in and they were quick to let me know it was ready for pick up. I recently had the opportunity to bring my laptop into The Computer Guy store in Warwick N.Y. The night before I lost an icon and couldn't figure out what to do. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a young man with a welcoming hello and a smile. I explained that I was technologically challenged because of my age. Without hesitation he was able to remedy my problem in a matter of minutes. I couldn't thank him enough.
