Two days before Thanksgiving and my laptop charging port broke. I called The Computer Guy in Warwick New York and they said to bring it right in and they would take a look. In today's automated world you virtually never reach a live person let alone immediate customer support. Their service/support was excellent as was their professionalism and expertise. They fixed the charging port the same day I brought the laptop in and they were quick to let me know it was ready for pick up. This small business provides old school customer service and support you are not going to obtain from most organizations in this detached automated world we live in. The Computer Guy is highly recommended for your computer repairs. Many thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!

Chris and Sean were knowledgeable and helpful . They figured out what was wrong with my computer , corrected it, and helped me to avoid my errors for the future. And through my bungling , they were kind and supportive. I could not be more appreciative of the service .

Great customer service. I had what I thought might have been a serious issue with my laptop. Chris was able to look at it immediately. The problem thankfully was not serious, and he had it corrected within minutes. He explained what happened and put me at ease that I had not done anything to jeopardize my computer's security. In an unrelated issue, he also told me what type of adapter was required to correct a problem with one of the ports.
Chris was friendly and knowledgeable and explained things in a manner that was easy to understand. I will definitely be returning here with any future computer needs.
