Using his insight and existing professional network, he was able to provide sound and cogent advice based on my very specific needs. Although an alternative solution was able to be generated and did not require his direct care and attention, I am completely confident in his ability to resolve computer challenges of various complexities. As good as it can get! Tom knows what he is doing, having had years of experience in tech of varied formats. He responds quickly to requests, cares about his customers and is very reasonably priced coming to the home in the area if indicated. We have our doctors and use urgent care when needed, yes?
