“I went for the first time. I was quoted $145. for partial highlights. Her work was great. However, they failed to tell me all the extra charges. I went to pay and I was told $354.00 More then double,which I really couldn't afford. It was a shock and very Embarrassing .I am on a fixed income and it was humiliating. I told them this wasn't discussed with me,especially after having had my own salon years ago. Thankfully, they worked with me but it was still more then I am used to paying. The place was beautiful but you can't not tell a client that your charging extra for every single thing without their consent.
I.would love to go back.but out of my price range. Plus, I don't like the prices being not discussed from the original quote.“
