Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently mediocre. It feels like there's a lack of effort, as if their priority is just to get customers in and out as quickly as possible. They have high schoolers doing your nails and you can tell they do not want to be there. I wish Warwick had better nail salons! The place does look cleaner than before.

Got a gift certificate to come here for my birthday, so my daughter and I were driving by and decided to get our nails done and they took us in no problem I got the gel x with tips and she got a regular manicure, the girl I had was great , my daughter was having a hard time sitting still since she is only 5 and wanted to leave so I can tell the nail tech was trying to rush alil to help me out which I appreciated a lot and still did a great job , definitely would recommend

Karla is amazing I live in Chester and it’s so worth the drive to Warwick Its so clean here and soothing and relaxing I asked for a Burberry design and she did it free hand I’m so happy I found this salon I’ve told all my friends and family to go here
