I took in a wool, polyester lined winter jacket that had been buried for quite some time in storage bins. The jacket had "unidentifiable" stains, markings and crud. The dry cleaning removed all the stains and remarkably resulted in a like-brand-new version of the jacket. I was pleasantly surprised and quite nicely, pleased. In response to Mr. James Hammer. All chemicals used are biodegradable and meet all industry standards, being customer and environment friendly. Upon reviewing the cost per shirt, this indicates Mr Hammer dropped off oversize shirts (2XL or larger) which, had to be hand pressed after being pressed on the shirt unit. We believe every business has had disgruntled customers especially those operating for over 40 years, such as mine. It is vital that you address these situations by correcting and explaining to the customer the situation at hand.
