I went to bay optical to get an eye exam and contacts. I had an wonderful experience. The Dr was so nice and helped me with my contacts. We went through a few different brands to find a pair that would actually take to my eye. I paid out of pocket and I felt like the price was amazing. I do plan on getting glasses from them this month. Very kind staff and extremely welcoming. I had contacts for years but then switched to glasses, but do to covid I went back to contacts. The dr helped me with the contacts along with tips on how to get them in and out easier. I highly recommend bay optical.

I've used three optometrists in five years. I've seen maybe 10 optometrists in 30 years. Dr. Gibbs is the first doctor to explain things to me... plus she made me feel I had her complete attention and I could ask what I wanted. I went back to buy glasses six months later and the staff gave me the same courteous and helpful service. My purchase was explained, what would be covered how much I would save and what I would be getting for that. Best of all, no pressure what so ever.... it was all my choice Add to this they told me it would take about 10 days to fill my script, it took five.
