Ever since Dr Smith left, the dentist that took over is not good. Had to have top teeth removed and fit for dentures. Horrible fit, and doesn't seem to care, even though I told her. She just wants money. I wasted a lot of money and time. Dr Smith was exceptional, it's ashamed that he left, and gave his clients to her ?. I will never go back there.

Unfortunately I have been had by this establishment for a few years, poor clerical work. Always tries to do unnecessary work. There are many places to go. I suggest going elsewhere.

I ended up going to Wappingers Dental when my dentist passed away unexpectedly. I saw Dr. Smith for my initial visits and was quite satisfied. However, as time went on things went downhill. Dr. Smith became harder and harder to schedule with and Dr. Georgescu became my regular dentist. At first I was fine with this as Dr. Georgescu seemed ok. But as time went on I became dissatisfied with the service. Charges were higher than other dentists in the area. Dr. Georgescu frequently and openly chastises at least one of the staff members making for an uncomfortable environment. The office is outdated and cramped. During one visit the hygienist had a hard time maneuvering around the chair (and me) because of the small and cramped room we were in. A couple of times I requested Nitrous and even though I was charged $50 (which I consider excessive) I felt no different even though I was told it was 'turned up as high as it would go'. While I cannot prove it, I really do not believe I was being given what I was paying for based on what I've seen of others that have been administered Nitrous in other offices. I would really like to give 5 stars and would have if I had written this several years back but I've been uneasy about Wappingers Dental for a while now and other recent events have tilted the scales toward finding another provider.
