The company I work for converted an old Toys-R-Us in Jefferson Valley New York into a storage facility. Vanguard Roofing performed thorough inspections and reviewed 3rd party roofing reports to diagnose all roofing issues and provide a plan for remediation. Frank Algier (my main point of contact at Vanguard) was very knowledgeable, sincere and respectful of the overall project goals.The repairs were done within the originally agreed upon schedule and budget.
