I could not recommend Eric Rotger and NEC more highly. Like many people this year, we found ourselves in a new area in an unfamiliar home, working full-time remotely. We needed someone who was above all honest, trustworthy, and made things easy. We were very nervous because the work we were having done was much more than we had engaged someone to do before, and everyone has heard a horror story about a contractor / bad home project. It seemed almost miraculous to us that with Eric, there really *was* nothing to worry about. What he said would happen, happened. When we had a question, we called him -- and he always took our calls and responded, fast. He made practical recommendations that met what we said we needed, his people showed up when he said, and the work got done while staying completely out of our hair. The basement work that Eric's team did came out beautifully, the electrical and plumbing team he used was top notch, and we have a space we are very happy with. It is true what their site says, that NEC is a family-run, long time business in this area, and it shows. Eric is a great guy, fun person to talk to, and he takes true pride in his work, as does his family who work with him every day. Perhaps the highest recommendation of all is, we've hired NEC to do more work for us. Thanks again to Eric, Jason, Fran and everyone who helped out on our place!
NEC DESIGN/ERIC AND HIS STAFF ARE ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICK SERVICE. VERY DETAIL ORIENTATED, FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH. WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED HOW CLEAN THEY LEFT MY HOME...PERFECT FROM START TO FINISH! A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! :-)
