I’ve been going to Leo Since I was 18. He is by far the best artist I have ever dealt with. Very steady hand, doesn’t rush but at the same time doesn’t drag the work on for hours. I’ve given him free creative choice of my work and he has not steered me wrong. From my sleeve to my back, he has always taken care of me and even my wife. He will always have my business as long as he does this.
