Words can’t explain how talented Leo is. The extremes on his art is amazing and beautiful. I have never experienced such professionalism when it came to making an apppointment and going over all the safety involved and during the healing. My tattoo is still has vibrant as the day I got it. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before and after he created such a master peice. Very clean and pristine with his shop and tools.
