Thank you for not returning to the store. The truth is, it seems the lady forgot that we refunded her for the repaired shoe and gave her $15 in cash. In other words, she was the dishonest one. She took her money and her repaired shoe, and then, on top of that, filed a complaint with the bank demanding a refund of another $25! Not to mention the poor attitude she displayed while other people were present
I had these Lucky ankle cowboy boots that I almost threw out. The heels were in bad shape. Then I decided to bring them for repair and see if I could give them a new life. The job they did was amazing. Not only did they give them a great heel replacement, they redid the bottom of the sole and shined the leather up. Great price and the commitment to deliver a beautiful renewed pair of boots was awesome!
Rolando and family are so kind ! They always have a smile on their face and are always so pleasant and helpful ! This is my third visit to the store and I always leave a very satisfied customer! Today I needed a small repair on my shoe. Rolando stopped what he was doing and addressed the issue immediately . It was unnecessary, but so thoughtful and he refused to accept payment for services!! La Escensia is excellent at their craft and always professional! I only use their services!! They also repair many other items besides footwear which is wonderful !!
