I had Jon from Genuine Home Inspections out to inspect what would turn out to be my first home! He was very thorough, informative, friendly and straightforward! His finished report helped outline a great list for the work the home needs and even helped point us in the right direction for some great folks who could make those repairs as he walked the place over. We called Jon Keesler of Genuine Home Inspections because a friend had recommended him —and Jon was terrific. Jon inspected a house we were considering in Beacon, (now our new home) and he was incredibly professional and thorough. John inspected every single interior corner and exterior part of the house, gave us recommendations, and sent us a finished report immediately, which helped us immeasurably with the seller.
