“I was experiencing grief and loss leading to economic hardship and the owner was very kind and generous throughout this process. I was unemployed and alone and my car was my only form of transportation and he allowed me to not only pay a small deposit to get my car fixed, but he did not charge me storage fees while I got the remaining balance together.
