I couldn’t be happier with my basement waterproofing, there’s nothing worse than worrying about water in the basement after a rainstorm. Now, no more worries, no more dampness and Finally a usable basement!
The B-Dry team was a pleasure to work with: initial consultation with Eric whose expertise with the functioning of the system to the professional customer support of Emily and the crew displaying punctuality and quality workmanship. The job was completed as scheduled, work area cleaned daily and functioned as promised! Highly recommended for basement troubles.
We had an initial misunderstanding with B Dry about the work that needed to be done in our basement, but were very satisfied with how the owner handled the situation, and with the subsequent work provided. We have now had a B Dry system in place in our home for over a year and have had no issues with water coming into the basement since then.
We had major issues with our basement (heaved-up floor, structural girder badly warped, moisture leaking through foundation). B-Dry did an A++ job in every way. It was a challenging job and they did great creative problem-solving. Their on-site team was super-considerate of us, the onsite homeowners, as they did their work. The final job, as best I can tell, was flawless. My highest recommendation!
