Reasonably priced. Reliable. Pleasant demeanor. Variety of skills: concrete repair, heater cover replacement, caulking (interior and exterior), ceiling repair, pull-down ladder repair, woodworking. He is my go-to guy now.
We recently (April 2024) had our bathrooms redone. A relative living close by had hired Quantel to do his bathroom, and we were very impressed by the results, so we hired him, and we are so glad we did! He is very meticulous and excellent at quickly overcoming the challenges that a contractor faces from day to day -- unexpected things (for instance: studs being too far apart to hang heavy medicine cabinets and crooked walls that made tiling quite a challenge). He was very professional and flexible, and we love the results of his work!
Quantel did a fantastic job making repairs and installing electrical fixtures in our house quality of his work was outstanding. He was on time friendly and professional.
