Wading River Pediatric Dentistry is highly loved by children and parents alike. Kids often look forward to visits, with some saying they love going to the dentist. The staff is friendly, gentle, and patient, making children feel comfortable and even having fun during their appointments. Dr. Campisi and his team are engaging, caring, and skilled at helping kids feel at ease, ensuring a positive experience every time.
This was my daughter's first dentist visit and she was nervous. To give you an indication of how it went, at the end of the visit she said "That was fun!". Beth the hygienist was fantastic, very engaging and patient. Dr Campisi was very good with her also, they had her giggling and discussed everything with her so she felt comfortable. They obviously enjoy what they do.
Excellent with patients! The waiting room is stacked with video game consoles, playhouse, and ceiling to floor hand-painted artwork that is inviting. Each room has a theme and is soothing for the child (and parent). The ceiling has a television that the child can watch as they are working on her/him. At the end of each visit, the child gets tokens that they can use to redeem prizes at the end of the hall. I wish they saw adult patients!
