Ear Works Audiology is a hearing health care provider with locations across Long Island. Clients have been clients for approximately 10 years. The staff are great, friendly, and efficient. The receptionist is bright and cheerful. The offices are lovely, and the visit is always thorough and actually fun. The audiologists are caring, friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, smart, and informative. Appointments are easy to make and always timely. Clients feel they are receiving state of the art care. It is nice to hear again. Highly recommended.
I have been a patient at Ear Works Audiology in Lake Success for many years. Lauren at the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. All the audiologists I have seen have been capable, caring and professional. My only minor complaint would be that there is a lot of turnover, so I’ve rarely seen the same audiologist more than a few times in a row.
