“Great dentist ! I called on a Tuesday to see if they had an available appointment that coming Monday or Tuesday, I spoke with Theresa and realized my 2 children would be considered new patients with the practice since they are no longer with the Riverhead location. I know how hard it is to get in with a doctor, especially as a new patient so I knew there was no way we'd be able to get an appointment that soon. To my surprise Theresa informed me that they had one opening on the upcoming Monday and that she may have another but she would call me and let me know on Thursday by 12-1pm. I was skeptical that i would even get a call back, but again to my surprise by 9am i had gotten a call about an appointment. I called the office back and spoke to another women who was also extremely nice and she put both of my children in for thee upcoming Monday that I needed. I'm very thankful for such great customer service and the time they took to fulfill my need of an appointment!!! THANK YOU !“
