“ATEKS did a great job coordinating my appointment and handling the repair of my Liebherr ice maker. I found them to be very professional, helping me get the information my building needed to allow them access, I live in Tribeca, and following up to make sure the paperwork was accepted. They explained the charges upfront and I thought they were reasonable. The repairman called 15 minutes prior to arrival and was very nice. He explained everything he wanted to do, adjusted my refrigerator and freezer temperatures, I had them set wrong, and quickly fixed the ice maker. Easy breezy. Called me around 9am to say they’d be here shortly, and they took out old unit and were finished install by 11am! WOW. Very nice guys, super efficient, and funny too.
