I hadn't had good experiences when I visited the Victor store so I avoided going until I was pressed for time. I am a part-time DoorDash driver. I am always lost when it comes to finding items for my customers. When required to purchase items that have been specifically requested to purchase by the customer, I can spend 'forever' finding things! The choices and brands that Ulta Beauty carries is endless. The store is very clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I have to give a special shout-out to 1 employee however. This person's name is Samuel! They are always right at the entryway to greet you, and fortunately for me, help me navigate through the store! Matthew was SO helpful! I needed a toner for sensitive skin and he recommended a brand I had heard of before but never tried. He knew all of the ingredients and benefits and explained how and why it would be beneficial for me. He also touched on the affordability of the product given all its benefits. I took it immediately and knew I would purchase it. (Spoiler - it's AMAZING and doesn't make me more red or break out). I asked a few more questions and where certain products were I was looking for.
