Amazing customer service and fantastic prices for an incredible job. It took about 15 minutes to get the alteration sizing done (keeping in mind that I only had the sides of my dress taken in) and a week later I was able to get my dress. If you didn't know that I had the dress altered, you never would because the workmanship is exceptional.Service: Alterations

MERT is the MAN! I will never go to another tailor in the greater Rochester area. MERT is a second generation tailor and bespoke clothier and it shows in his technique and precision.I recently had an Indian wedding I had to attend in less than 3 weeks. All of my clothes were significantly off. MERT was able to bring me in for multiple consultations. He was able to finish the alterations before I had to travel and they were incredible. He even had to seamlessly add fabric to my outfit and it fit like a dream. Majoy wardrobe malfunction with my dress yestrrday but The Victor Tailor (Victor, NY) came to the rescue! Within a few minutes they had me fixed up and on the way to my next meeting! So very grateful they were able to rescue me on a walk in basis with fast and friendly service!
