It started as a leak in our roof that was coming through the ceiling of one of our upstairs bedrooms. So, we had a contractor come out and try to find the source to no avail. After it continued leaking, we were frustrated and contacted Nick to see if he could find the issue with the roof. Nick identified several problem areas that needed some work and soon we went down the path of planning. My husband & I are first time homeowners. Going through our insurance is not something we had ever had experience with. Nick aided in supplying the insurance company with pictures and documents as needed, and even went out of his way to reach out to the insurance adjuster. It is not lost upon us that he could’ve just told us to contact them and get back to him. He helped us through the process and even went the extra mile. Going through the actual process itself, Nick was in frequent contact with me by phone, text and email. I was so impressed with his communication and professionalism. I expected his crew to show up and get to work - I didn’t expect to see him first thing in the morning. I opened the blinds and there he was with his crew lead, Nick Chiosa, getting ready to tackle the job ahead. We greeted them & got reports. The entire crew was so friendly. Nick Chiosa helped us & our pets get in and out of the house safely. After the first days work wrapped, I asked him if he’d mind combing the yard area for any dropped screws, metal, etc. so we could let the dogs after they left and not worry - and he said, "I actually already thought of that & the guys are doing it right now - but I'll make sure they're extra thorough!" He was a delight to work with & a true professional. Thank you guys so much for your attention to detail, for your assistance & doing such a great quality job! We are so pleased & recommend these guys to everyone! Just a side note because we are newbies - roofing and siding jobs make a mess! They covered their bases by tarping everything outside to protect from the demo, however, we didn't consider the debris inside of our garage! So anyone who has fancy cars, tools, kids stuff, just a note to tarp because your stuff will get messy!

We had a leak in our roof earlier this year and Nick came out to check it out. He was quickly able to figure out what was wrong. We just had it replaced by them and it was a great experience!
