I didn’t believe in this at first. Thought it was a sham. Went once and I’m hooked! I went earlier today and I still have 0 pain in my back that a chiropractor has never been able to fix! I highly recommend you check it out at least once!!

I was in town for a family reunion and saw Lumos as I was getting Starbucks and had to make an appointment. It was amazing. The full spectrum sauna is a game changer. My body felt really great after one session. If I lived even remotely close to their locations, I would have an unlimited membership. It's so relaxing and healthy. Very nice studio; clean and super zen.
