Jason was extremely helpful and patient in helping me find a new rim. I broke my glasses while vacationing in Fairport, New York. He worked diligently to locate a frame to replace my broken frames. He gave outstanding customer service, above and beyond. Thank you Jason!
Great professional service. I've been going to Visionworks for almost 20 years. They have great service and competitive prices but most importantly, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They also have a great selection of frames and options for lenses. What's also very important to me is that they stand by their products and services and if there is ever an issue, they're there to help.
This location has friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They listen to what we want, guide us in the right direction for frames that WORK REALLY well with our faces. Jason and Heidi(?) are always a pleasure. Strongly recommend.
