I have issues with their service my beef is that I called for my appointment and asked if they did the paperwork for renewal of a car license. The girl giving me the appoint said oh yes absolutely and we had the paperwork at the Victor Office. So on May 13 2025 I had my appointment and told 2 employees and the Doctor that I needed my license renewed and I needed the paperwork filled out after my eye exam. The Dr. asked for my license and said he could do the paperwork and send to the DMV with no problem. Fast forward to June 6 . I called Cornerstone and asked them to check if the Dr had sent in the paperwork to the DMV? He did not and I was told they don’t do that anymore bla bla bla. Ugh so frustrating !!!! So I’m upset that the memo apparently didn’t get around the office so everyone was on the same page! Also this was the last day I had to get it done! Please make sure they can do what they say they will !
I had lasik on November 26th at the gates location and I loved it. No complications, minimal discomfort because well they laser your eye balls but great communication, especially for it being the week of thanksgivings Dr Haunch is the best, the actual procedure took 10 mins total which was mind blowing and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I did not feel rushed or dismissed or nervous at all. Melissa is the coordinator and is on top of everything you need to know . The front desk ladies are very quick and attentive and my nurse was the best nurse ever ! I regret not remembering her name because she was the star of the show. She did the consultation that took 2 hours and we had a great time talking and going through the benefits of lasik. It was a great experience, I will always recommend Corner stone eye associates.
