Colin did a fantastic job! He came in and fixed our drain problems that were made worse by a previous company that came the day before! Reasonably priced as well. Thanks! Highly recommended! P.S.- Don’t fall for those seemingly too good to be true advertised prices some companies show on TV. You’ll ALWAYS pay more!
Drain was plugged in my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Tom quickly cleared the drain. Noticed problems that another plumbing company had done and fixed them for me. Also a problem with the bathtub cold water faucet that constantly leaked that other companies had tried to fix and failed.....Tom fixed it, explaining that they did not go back far enough to find the root cause of the leak. He took the time to show me what the problem was and explain it to me which I really appreciated. He is very knowledgeable and did not mind me asking questions about things as he was working. Excellent! They really came through with the 24/7 emergency service when my furnace stopped running on a Friday evening in the middle of January. They were all incredibly professional and thorough during the whole situation, and explained everything well. They worked with me to make sure I got something both good quality and affordable. They were able to schedule the furnace replacement ASAP, even moving the timing up... and everything with the installation went smoothly. They absolutely went the extra mile with everything. Would strongly recommend and will definitely use them again!
