Recently, I had the opportunity to come to Voltra farm with 2 horses for a layover on my trip from Maine to Ohio (and back!) It was a beautiful, tranquil and safe place for my horses to rest for the night and I could not have been happier! Very convenient to the thruway, and plenty of lodging options for the humans. The communication with the staff at Voltra was incredible and they made us feel so welcome and I had zero concerns. This is a place I would return to without hesitation. You could also tell it’s an amazing boarding/training facility- spotless barn, happy horses, huge safe turnout and two gorgeous arenas! Really an amazing stable and we could not have been happier with our short stay.
Making the decision to board at Voltra has been nothing short of a big win/win. Carin and her entire staff have created an exceptionally inviting and peaceful environment for boarders and their horses. Annie is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, and highly responsive, and everyone has been super friendly. When I arrived, Margaret asked me if I’d like help unloading my truck..how nice is that?? The facility and grounds are gorgeous, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the property. The paddocks are large and well maintained, barn and stalls are immaculate, ring footing is excellent, flower beds are lovely, and most importantly, the quality of care is unparalleled. I truly appreciate not having to worry about a thing, and knowing the horses are happy and superbly cared for, is everything. Thank you!!!
From the moment I decided to take a look at Voltra, I was immediately convinced that the care would be excellent at Voltra. Annie has been amazing at communicating with me about my horses’s day to day care. All of the staff at Voltra have been wonderful! Carin has been warm and welcoming and always addresses any concerns I have about my horses. I should also mention the great quality grain, hay, and bedding the horses have. They each have essential turnout, blanketing and application of fly spray as needed! The indoor arena is so quiet and clean! Always have enough lighting, footing is incredible and the natural light is super. It’s also great to be able to have access to several wonderful trainers, farriers and vets. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the facility at Voltra. Overall, very happy with having my horse boarded at Voltra Farm. Thank you all for being so kind and welcoming.
