Had a toilet that was leaking. They were able to get someone here same day and completed the fix very efficiently. Nicholas explained my options for fixing and was very polite and professional. Would absolutely recommend.

What a great experience we had using Roto Rooter. After calling 6 different plumbers and receiving no call back or told they were booked up, I decided to call Roto Rooter. Next time they will be the first one I call for any plumbing issues. From the moment Kelly answered the phone, and really listened to what the issue was so she could schedule the right type of appointment, I knew I was in good hands. She was also able to fit us in the same day! That was the best part! Bob and Bill were the technicians that showed up and they were beyond courteous, knowledgeable and just down right awesome guys! They have many great qualities you would want in a service, but most importantly they are very quick to get out to you and to fix your issue, and have all the tools and options and vehicles you could need. Something you don’t find often in a plumber, they pick up the phone! Great customer service as well. Recommended
