We had a great experience. The technician, Richard, was scheduled l for the next morning after we called and he arrived within the window. He took care of the problem quickly and charged exactly what he said it would be when he diagnosed the issue. That included the part, which he had in his truck. Excellent service.
I’m super pleased with the consistency, communication and trustworthiness of work at Mr Rooter. The service is pricey, but you’re paying for good work and peace of mind knowing the job is done right.
Richard was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him here. He answered all my questions. He was very patient and Rooters was able to schedule me in very quickly. I’ll be calling this company again! Everything is working perfectly and we have clean water again thank you so much.
